Lucardo – one of Manchester’s best escape rooms – is set to bring a sprinkle of magic to the city.
Escape room is a physical adventure game in which players must solve a series of puzzles and riddles by collecting clues and using hints to achieve the ultimate goal: Escape.
Lucardo is challenging all witches and wizards out there to join the University of Magic. To secure a place at the university applicants must cast spells, recite incantations, mix potions and battle with dark forces.
Staff member Mike Davenport, 25, said : “I can’t express my excitement for the new room; the design and attention to detail is immaculate, creating a sense of wonder and awe.
“The University of Magic allows our guests the opportunity to embark on a grand adventure they won’t forget!”
Fans of everything magical can visit the Facebook page for more information about the centre in Ancoats. Ninety-minute slots can be booked throughout the day from £15 per person.
“We’re taking our new room to the next level and we’re very excited for the University of Magic to open here at Lucardo. I really can’t wait to play it!”, says staff member Laura Foster, 28.
Lucardo is ranked #2 of 58 Fun & Games in Manchester on TripAdvisor, and has four rooms already open. The escape rooms have been a huge success so far, attracting enthusiasts from all over the UK as well as curious newcomers, eager to see what all the fuss is about.
Fans of history might want to try the Espionage room and take a journey back to the year 1938, or maybe try to steal the Saratov diamond, pulling off Manchester’s biggest heist in the progress.
